As safety is our highest priority we reserve the right to delay or cancel the flight due to weather conditions. In case the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions full price of the tour will be refunded
If the weather is questionable on the day of your flight, you may cancel your booking at any time and get a full refund. We accept all major debit and credit cards and you may choose to pay your flight when making a reservation or on arrival. If you can't find a suitable availability in our booking calendar, please get in touch. We may have open slots that are not visible online.
The flights with 1-4 passengers are usually operated with EC120 helicopter. Flights with 5-6 passengers are operated with Airbus Corporate ACH130 helicopter. If you wish to book a specific helicopter type, please contact us.
We mainly operate from Helsinki Business Flight Center / VIP-terminal at Liikelentotie 8. In addition, we are always happy to arrange our flights to depart from various locations in Helsinki city center or elsewhere in the Nordic countries. When a safe landing space cannot be found within a walking distance of your departure address or destination, we offer high end ground transportation services to and from the helicopter.
