We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our multi award winning team working in aviation, customer service and other duties on the ground. As a Guest Relations Ambassador and Sales -trainee you will be part of our ground crew working with various different tasks at our main hub and office at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, as well as in our other locations, different types of events and landing sites.

 

What you'll be doing?

• Working together and assisting our team of pilots, ground crew and sales

• Welcoming and assisting our guests on landing sites

• Promoting and marketing our services in different types of events and during the summer in Helsinki city center

• Communicating with our stake holders and partners 

• Learning how to use our reservation systems 

• Learning about travel industry, aviation and sales

• Learning about B2C and B2B marketing  

 

You will be great in this role if you:

• Understand that the safety, security and privacy of our guests and operations always comes first

• Understand the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service and have great situational awareness skills

• Have excellent verbal communication skills and good ICT skills

• Have the ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks whilst at the same time meeting customer demands

• Have interest in luxury travel industry and the passion to learn more

• Are fluent in English, preferably also in Finnish - other languages a big plus

• Are capable of working in a dynamic and vibrant environment with changing working hours

• Drivers license is not mandatory but will make working in this position easier for you

We offer an exciting opportunity to dive into the international aviation & luxury travel industry in a rapidly growing company. In our dynamic team you will learn from many different fields: sales and marketing, luxury tour production, aviation, pricing, booking systems and providing high end customer experience. This internship is paid and open for students currently enrolled in a post-secondary study degree program in Finland.

 

The selected candidates have to pass a background check to be able to work in the airside and will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to ensure the privacy of our guests.
